It shared characters with cnidarians and ctenophores, but doesn't really fit into either... but the closest similarity is with some of the problematic Ediacaran beasties. Enjoy!

It's a lovely idea, Peter... but I was going to mention some faunas that aren't yet in the public domain, and sticking it on the web would breach embargo rules. I'll have a chat with Keith and see what he thinks - I could always play it safe and include only the described material, but that would be a bit of a shame.
