Nice specimen! Can't help with IDs of stuff from this age (well, I can recognise a Gryphaea!). I've done a brief bit of googling, and found this site www.soton.ac.uk/~imw/Fleet-Lagoon.htm - one of the many useful pages Ian West has done. There's quite a comprehensive bibliography, so if you have access to a library it might be worth your while having a look at some papers.

Hi Bill,
With the nice apical disc on the first one it looks very much like Acrosalenia hemicidaroides - it's in British Mesozoic Fossils.

Hi (and Welcome), All
Yikes, what a surprise! I have some catching up to do. :-)
Joe, I'm finally beginning to carry (nonfossiliferous) rocks back to the beach. The next step will be to look at (and maybe photograph) the ones I can't part with.
