Cor blimey. That's an impressive fossil and a half... Chengjiang stuff is really rather nice, if illegal to export from China... I'm seriously impressed by how 3D it is - and there is a lot of detail in those tergites, assuming it's not a tectonic fabric in the rock.

Fossil is 12mm in length, item was listed on ebay as new hand made item.... the thing looks so real ...

Ah, one of *them*... Was it by any chance made by a Mr. Li? If so, I met him the other day - I know he does replicas like this, and is moving to the US.

Yes, J. Lee .... he supplies the local museum with their Chengjiang material and has his own display at the museum as well.....
