Just amazing, Peter - beautiful material. You can find crinoids with this sort of preservation in the Wenlock Limestone in the UK (Middle Silurian), but the peak collecting time for that was a century ago and the best sites are now protected. A few still come out from Wenlock Edge, though - there's someone on the UK fossils forum that has an astounding collection.

Very nice crinoid! I really love Ordovician crinoids, but then again, I've never met a crinoid I didn't like! It is very unfortunate that this site is closed. I wished I could have made it in. Thanks for the wonderful pictures!
